You don’t need to be busy.
You don’t need to be stressed. Or anxious.
You don’t need to prove yourself. Or justify your existence.
You don’t need validation. Or affirmation.
It’s ok to just be.
You can be happy. You can be calm. You can be joyful.
It’s ok to just be.
You can play. You can rest. You can laugh.
It’s ok to just be.
You are more than a number – more than your weight or your income or the amount of tasks you’ve completed on your To Do List.
You are you.
And it’s ok to just be.
Only you can be you in the way you can be.
So don’t let another minute – another second – pass you by without taking the opportunity to see if you can just be.
It is so simple and yet can feel so impossible.
You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to stress. You don’t have to fret or plan or do anything.
It’s ok to just be.
